Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your listing or advert at any point by either:

• Cancelling your listing or advert through the 'My Account' section of the client area
• Contact our customer service department and request your listing or advert is cancelled.
• Writing to us at our registered office

Cancellations made in the first 14 days of your advert or listing being published will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Refunds

The payments made for adverts and listings will only be refunded during the first 14 days of your advert or listing being published.

You must follow the cancellation instructions above to cancel your advert or listing and qualify for a refund.

Payments Currency

All transactions wiill be in £ GBP Pound Sterling.
